Andrew Pahlman

Andrew is a senior executive with over 30 years consulting and information technology experience including 4 years as Partner of global consulting firm Accenture. As Director of Frenopal, Andrew provides business and technology consulting services in:

• IT strategy and implementation
• Project and programme management
• Business and Solution architecture
• Process improvement
• Contract negotiation
• Vendor management
• Collaborative decision making

Andrew brings a depth of experience from a range of industries including financial services, government, education, utilities, oil and gas and transportation. He has had international assignments in New Zealand, South Africa and Singapore.

During his 19 years with Accenture, Andrew assisted numerous government agencies and private sector organisations to plan and implement change programs enabled by the introduction of new technology. He has extensive project and programme management experience and has led the development and implementation of large-scale business application systems on a range of technology platforms. He held leadership positions within Accenture including Asia Pacific head of the PeopleSoft practice and Asia Pacific head of the Education industry sector.

Andrew has had faculty roles and presented at training seminars and conferences relating to solution delivery, project and programme management, process excellence, change management as well as industry specific topics.

A global citizen, Andrew has travelled extensively through the developing world and has a strong interest in the sustainable development, human rights and the environment. He has been a long-standing supporter of organisations such as Oxfam / Community Aid Abroad, Amnesty International, Medicine Sans Frontiers, Red Cross, Greenpeace and the Australian Conservation Foundation.
